Social activity points will only be rewarded to users with public accounts. We cannot track your actions if you participate with a private account. Your individual score will update immediately, and the leaderboard will update every five minutes.

Inappropriate actions will not be rewarded. The Connecticut Office of Tourism reserves the right to remove your profile picture if it is deemed inappropriate. You will receive a warning after violating rules that you are at risk of being terminated from the Loyalty Program. The Connecticut Office of Tourism reserves the right to terminate your account and prohibit your participation in the Loyalty Program if you are misusing your account.

Actions that qualify as inappropriate include, but are not limited to:

• Hate speech
• Threatening, harassing, and bullying
• Sexual content
• Misleading or defaming content about the state and its attractions
• Promoting illegal activities
